Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-driven Compliance Analyst to join our team. You’ll support audits, investigations, and reporting, ensuring our operations remain compliant, efficient, and risk-aware. This is a role for someone who’s analytical, curious, and not afraid to dig into the details to find what others miss.

Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Audit employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on breaches and incidents.
  • Assist in complaint investigations by sourcing and summarising key documentation.
  • Monitor risks and controls under the risk management framework.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to mid and senior management.
  • Design and maintain compliance scorecards, training materials, and knowledge resources.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for remediation and process improvements.
  • Support additional compliance projects and initiatives as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who We’re Hoping to Find

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in Compliance, Quality Assurance, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Trading is a plus.
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.

Extra Points if You Have

  • Experience building or improving compliance frameworks or processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to audits, investigations, or regulatory reporting.
  • Passion for driving a strong risk-aware and ethical culture.
