As a Partnership Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping Blueberry’s footprint within the CFD prop trading space. You’ll be building meaningful relationships, managing strategic partners, and driving initiatives that fuel business growth and strengthen Blueberry’s position in the global market.
Job Description
This is a hands-on, results-driven role where you’ll manage high-value partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure every partner relationship adds measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Compliance to ensure smooth execution and exceptional partner experiences.
Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Sydney, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Acquire and manage Tier 1 partners and affiliates in the CFD and prop trading space
Develop and strengthen key relationships through collaboration, support, and strategic insight
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand Blueberry’s global network
Drive measurable business performance through partner engagement and optimization
Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Negotiate and manage partner agreements and performance metrics
Monitor, analyze, and report on partner activity, ROI, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to the evolution of Blueberry’s partnership strategy with new ideas and initiatives
Uphold compliance and quality standards across all partnerships
Desired Skills and Experience
Who We’re Hoping to Find
3+ years of experience in affiliate or partner management, ideally within CFD, prop trading, or brokerage environments
Proven success in building and maintaining long-term partner relationships
Strong understanding of affiliate systems, tracking tools, and performance analytics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and operations teams
Commercially astute, data-driven, and highly organized
Familiarity with regulated financial environments and KYC or compliance frameworks
Extra Points if You Have
Formal training or certification in affiliate marketing or partner management
Experience using CRM and partner tracking platforms
Strong network within the trading, fintech, or prop trading community
